Labor Day Weekend

Today begins the first day of the Labor Day weekend.  What are your plans?  Our plans include doing lots of nothing ~ sleep late, stay up late watching movies, good food and good friends if they choose to join us.

Later this morning I plan to make a Chocolate Eclair Cake, a layered confection of custard and graham crackers, all topped with a chocolate glaze.  That will keep Hubby smiling while I sew!
